Components :

1– Storage :

Made of 18 mm Finnish plywood, reinforced with solid pine wood.
Includes 4 round legs made of beech wood, 6 cm in height.
Equipped with 2 high-quality Turkish mechanisms for easy opening and converting the sofa into a bed.

2– Spring Frame :

Made of treated steel resistant to sagging and rust.
Uses 2.4 mm wire with 8 cm diameter springs.
Springs are connected with 1.4 mm thick steel brisol.
Surrounded by a 5 mm steel bar frame.
Reinforced with an additional frame made of thick steel tubes.
Surrounded by a pine wood frame to increase the strength and durability of the spring frame.
Internally supported with high-density foam blocks to enhance the frame's strength.

3– Upholstery Layers :

Layers of felt (500 g/m²) made of natural fibers, help distribute weight evenly across the spring frame, increase foam efficiency by protecting it from friction with the metal frame, prevent any spring sensation, and prolong the sofa's lifespan.
Layers of Egyptian cotton (2000 g/m²), offering many benefits, most importantly supporting spinal alignment due to its suitable firmness, and absorbing body moisture.
This cotton type never sags, as it undergoes high-temperature processing and heavy compression during manufacturing.

4– Tufted Upholstery :

Treated velvet fabric tufted with a layer of super soft foam.
Also tufted with a layer of fiber roll.
Reinforced with a strong layer of felt to protect the foam from wear caused by friction or movement.
