Can I change my order details after it is completed?

To make any changes to your order after it is completed, we will cancel the current order and make a new order with the required changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order during confirmation or during its preparation by logging into your Mada Store account and clicking on "My Account"> Order History. Each product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each product, you will find the cancellation option.

Once your order is shipped and sent for delivery, you will receive a call or SMS containing your order You can cancel the order through the delivery representative

In case of canceling the purchase and the full or partial amount has been paid in advance, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Can I return/reject a product?

You must inspect the product upon delivery and refuse to receive it in case there is no defect or mismatch between it and your order.

You can return your product if it is found to be defective within 15 days from the date of delivery if it is in the original condition of receipt.

In case of products under the manufacturer's warranty or authorized agents, you as a customer will be contacted directly for replacement or repair according to the terms and conditions of the agents and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

In case of any damage due to shipping, please contact us through the official communication channels mentioned above within 24 hours of delivery to report it and please take at least a photo of the damage and send it with the return request.

You can report missing parts / defective products that you received within 24 hours from the date of delivery, explaining the nature of the damage / defect / shortage.

Products that have been installed by the technician cannot be returned, for example (office furniture - home furniture - chandeliers - water filters - electrical appliances with installation such as air conditioners, etc.)

Any consumable products that have been used or installed cannot be returned or replaced as stated in the Consumer Protection Law.

Any products that have been specially manufactured for you cannot be returned or replaced as stated in the Consumer Protection Law.

Failure to apply any of the above points will be deemed as acceptance of the product(s)/or your return request may be rejected.

In case the order is prepaid, your deposit will be refunded through the original payment method.

The consumer has the right to replace or return the item with a refund of its cash value, without giving any reasons and without incurring any expenses within fourteen days of receipt, provided that the item is in the same condition as it was at the time of contracting (i.e. not opened or used) - Article No. 17 of the Consumer Protection Law.

Our team will evaluate your complaint and contact you within three working days. If your request is approved, you can choose one of the following options:

Return and full refund We will notify you of the refund status after inspection and the product price will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Arrange for repair: We will send a technician to receive/repair the product if the product is under site warranty.

Replacement order: We will send a representative to receive the product(s) and we will make a new order for you. If the product is under factory or agent warranty, you must contact the factory or agent directly.

Will I be charged when making a return or will I get a full refund?

Shipping cost will be deducted

Some products may be specially made for you, in which case 40% of the value of the manufactured product will be deducted

The condition of the returned products will be considered, evaluated and decided upon at the time.

How long does it take to get a refund?

The timeframe for a refund depends on the original payment method you used to place your order as follows:

Cash Refund: Same day of receiving the product (Applies only to Cairo and Giza residents and the product value will be refunded to the bank accounts of other governorates)

Bank Refund: 7-10 business days. (Subject to change according to the card issuer policy)
