Official Working Days
• Please note that the official working days at Mada Store are from Saturday to Thursday. Fridays, official holidays, and public holidays are non-working days for all Mada Store employees.
• Our primary mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience. Therefore, we have made shipping and delivery easy because your convenience is our priority.
• Mada Store delivers your orders either directly through Mada Store or through a group of trusted shipping companies contracted with us to ensure consumer protection.
Delivery Method
• Mada Store delivers orders based on your geographical location while allowing you to choose the delivery time that suits you at any time during the day, week, or even month.
• Products must be ordered at least two days before the desired delivery date to allow the delivery team sufficient time to prepare the item, taking into consideration the order time (provided it is not placed too late), Mada Store working hours, and the fact that some products may require more preparation time, ranging from three days to several days depending on the nature of the product.
• You will be required to sign the delivery receipt or shipping document to confirm receipt of the products as listed on the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout, and the signature of any person present at that address will be considered proof of delivery.
• If our delivery team arrives at the registered address and no one is available to receive the order, please contact customer service to arrange another delivery time. The company will not be responsible for any order that remains undelivered for more than 14 days from the first scheduled delivery date. Please note that if you are unavailable at the agreed delivery time on two occasions, additional delivery charges will apply thereafter.
Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery
• We can deliver some products through express shipping on the same day or the next day. Please note that this option is not available for all products.
• The product page will indicate whether the item is eligible for same-day or next-day delivery.
• Please note that both options cannot be available simultaneously.
• During checkout, you may select either same-day or next-day delivery for products eligible for express shipping only. Shipping charges will be calculated based on your geographical location and displayed in the shopping cart when selecting the shipping method.
• Please note that we do not deliver on Fridays. Therefore, same-day delivery is not available on Fridays, and next-day delivery is not available on Thursdays.
• The availability and cost of same-day or next-day delivery depend on the city or geographical area. Unfortunately, express shipping is currently not available in all cities.

Shipping
• Mada Store provides free delivery for orders according to the website’s internal policy.
• Some large products may require additional shipping fees based on the geographical area. These fees may apply to a single product or a group of products if they can be delivered from the same warehouse.
How Can I Track My Order ?
• In addition to receiving updates via email or text message, you can check your order status by logging into your Mada Store account and selecting "My Account" > "Order History". All ordered products will be listed, and by clicking on each product, you can view its current status.
• When your order is shipped, you will be notified via SMS and email. Once it is out for delivery, you will receive a text message containing a link to reschedule, combine, or cancel the shipment.
• Some orders will be shipped directly by Mada Store, while others will be delivered through our approved shipping partners.
Important Delivery Information
• The order owner is required to sign the purchase receipt upon delivery.
• Mada Store guarantees the safety of the order against theft or damage from the moment it leaves the company until delivery. Mada Store is not responsible for the product after the delivery receipt has been signed.
• Delivery time estimates are calculated starting from the moment the order is dispatched.
• Mada Store is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing or payment-related procedures by the customer.
• Mada Store apologizes for any delays that may occur due to adverse weather conditions in the delivery area or nearby regions that prevent access.
• Additional shipping charges may apply if the delivery location is in a remote area.
• If you wish to cancel or replace your order, please refer to the Return Policy page and follow the instructions provided there.
• Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you must wait until it is delivered and then follow the return procedure.
