· Please note that the official working days at Mada Store are from Saturday to Thursday, as Friday, holidays and official holidays are a holiday for all Mada Store employees.

· Mada Store delivers your orders by Mada Store or through a group of reliable shipping companies with which we have a consumer protection contract.

Delivery method

· Mada Store delivers according to your geographical area, giving you the option to choose the appropriate time for delivery at any time during the day, week or even during the month.

· The item must be ordered at least two days before the time you want to receive it so that the delivery team can provide the item, taking into account the time of the order (not to be late) and Mada Store's working hours, in addition to the fact that there are items that need more than this time to be prepared, and it may reach three or several days depending on the nature of the product.

· You will be required to sign the receipt document or shipping policy to confirm that you have received the products as shown in the invoice and the order will be delivered to the address you entered on the website when purchasing and the signature of anyone present at this address is considered your receipt of the order.

· If we arrive at the registered address and no one is present at this address, please contact customer service to set another delivery time and the company will not be responsible for any order exceeding 14 days from the first delivery date of the order, noting that if you are not present at the agreed delivery time twice, additional delivery fees will be charged after that

Same day delivery or next day delivery

· We can deliver some products by express shipping on the same day or the next day, please note that the option is not available for all products.

· It will be written on the product page if the product is available for same day delivery or next day delivery.

Please note that both options cannot be provided at the same time.

· At the point of purchase, you will be able to choose the same day or next day delivery option which will apply to products eligible for express shipping only, you will be charged a shipping fee estimated according to the geographical area, and the status will appear in the shopping cart when choosing the shipping method.

· Please note that we do not deliver on Fridays. Therefore, same day delivery is not available as an option on Friday and next day delivery is not available as an option on Thursday.

· The availability of the same day or next day delivery option and the estimated amount depends on the city or geographical area, and unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship express to all cities.

Shipping

· Mada Store provides a free delivery service for orders according to the internal policy of the site.

· Some large products will require additional shipping fees estimated by geographic area and can be applied to a single product or a group of products if they can be delivered from the same warehouse.

How can I track my order

· When your order is shipped, you will be notified via SMS and email, and once it is out for delivery, you will receive an SMS containing a link to reschedule, combine or cancel the shipment. Some orders will be shipped by Mada Store and some by our approved shipping companies

Important information about delivery

· The order holder is required to sign the purchase receipt document.

· Mada Store guarantees the safety of the order from theft and damage from the moment it leaves the company until the moment of delivery, and Mada Store is not responsible for the product after signing the receipt document.

· The approximate delivery time guide is used from the moment the order is sent.

· Mada Store is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to the procedures for paying fees by the order holder.
